Because we own all 8 estates outright, we control our own pricing. Weddings on midweek dates or during quieter seasons cost us less to staff and operate — and we pass that saving directly on to you. Couples who are flexible on their date can save up to 75% on venue hire compared to a peak Saturday, with the same estate, the same team, and the same experience. Many couples save between £3,000 and £8,000 this way.
Exclusive use means the entire estate — every room, garden, and facility — is reserved solely for your wedding party and guests. You won’t share the venue with any other events, ensuring complete privacy and an experience that feels entirely your own.
Minimum starting bids (£4,000 for The Ultimate, £2,000 for The Signature, and £1,000 for The Essential) ensure that every submission meets the baseline operational threshold required to deliver these full-service, all-inclusive luxury packages.
Yes. We offer tailored payment plans across all eight of our estates. A typical plan involves a small reservation deposit, followed by staged payments leading to your wedding date. We work with each couple individually to create a plan that suits their circumstances.
Our venues cater to a wide range of guest numbers. Intimate gatherings of 50-80 guests are perfectly suited to venues like The Barn at Brinkburn, while grand celebrations of 250-350 guests can be accommodated at Slaley Hall and Doxford Hall. Most of our estates comfortably host 100-200 guests for a seated dinner.
Each of our venues has its own award-winning catering team. We provide everything from canapes and cocktail receptions to multi-course seated dinners and late-night street food. We can accommodate all dietary requirements and work with you to create bespoke menus that reflect your tastes and preferences.
All eight of our estates offer on-site accommodation, ranging from luxury bridal suites and manor bedrooms to private cottages. Accommodation capacity varies by estate — speak to your coordinator to find the perfect fit for your wedding party.

Valentine's Wedding Auction
Applies strictly to new wedding bookings for available February 2027 dates across all 8 participating estates (The Croft, Whitworth Hall, Le Petit Château, Grand Villa Heights, Newton Hall, Solara Shores, Lartington Hall, and Runa Farm).
Bids must meet or exceed the mandatory minimum starting bid for the corresponding tier (£4,000 for The Ultimate, £2,000 for The Signature, and £1,000 for The Essential). Base package guest limits apply (40 guests for The Essential; 60 guests for The Ultimate & The Signature). Additional day/evening guests and bespoke menu upgrades can be arranged directly with your assigned wedding coordinator post-winning.
Bids are strictly confidential, secret, and non-binding until accepted. Once submitted, an offer cannot be edited or withdrawn. The highest valid bid meeting or exceeding the venue's confidential reserve price will be selected as the winner.
A bid submission does not constitute a guaranteed venue contract or date lock. The date is officially secured only after the successful bidder signs our standard venue terms and pays the required reservation deposit.
The venue group reserves the right to set secret reserve prices, reject bids that fail to meet reserve thresholds, or withdraw specific dates prior to auction completion for operational reasons.
Winning bidders will be contacted via telephone within 7 days of the auction closing. Unsuccessful bidders will not be individually notified, but may be offered alternative date packages at the team's discretion. Bids hold no cash value and are strictly non-transferable.
